YOU CAN HAVE IT EVENT - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By registering for the "You Can Have It" event (the "Event"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. REGISTRATION & PAYMENT

1.1 Virtual Registration
Virtual attendance is free. By registering, you agree to attend all 3 days with your camera on as required.

1.2 In-Person Registration
In-person attendance is $147 USD. Payment is due at the time of registration. All fees are in American dollars unless otherwise stated.

1.3 Registration Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of registration containing event details, Zoom link (virtual attendees), or venue information (in-person attendees).


2. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

2.1 Virtual Attendance
Virtual registrations are free and may be cancelled at any time prior to the event. No refund is applicable as there is no fee.

2.2 In-Person Attendance
In-person registrations are non-refundable. All sales are final.

2.3 Transfers
In-person tickets may be transferred to another individual if you are unable to attend. To transfer your ticket, email [email protected] with the new attendee's name and email address at least 48 hours before the event start date.

2.4 Event Cancellation by Provider
If World-Class Speaker Academy cancels the Event for any reason, in-person attendees will receive a full refund of their registration fee. World-Class Speaker Academy is not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred.

3. EVENT REQUIREMENTS

3.1 Cameras-On Policy
All attendees (virtual and in-person) are required to have their cameras on for the duration of all 3 days. This is a mandatory requirement for participation. Attendees who refuse to comply may be removed from the event without refund.

3.2 Full Attendance
The Event is designed as a sequential 3-day intensive. Attendees are expected to attend all 3 days in their entirety. Partial attendance is discouraged as the content builds upon itself.

3.3 Participation
Attendees agree to participate fully, including engaging in exercises, group discussions, and breakout sessions as directed by the facilitator.

4. RECORDINGS & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

4.1 No Recordings Provided
No recordings of the Event will be made available to attendees. The Event is a live experience only.

4.2 Attendee Recording Prohibited
Attendees may not record, photograph, or capture any portion of the Event in any format (audio, video, screenshot, etc.) without prior written consent from World-Class Speaker Academy.

4.3 Proprietary Content
All Event content, including but not limited to frameworks (The Script, EBAR Method), workbooks, presentations, and materials, are the intellectual property of Jase Souder and World-Class Speaker Academy. Attendees may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any Event content.

4.4 Personal Use Only
Materials provided (worksheets, templates, frameworks) are for personal use only. Attendees may apply the methodologies with their own clients but may not teach, train, or certify others in The Script or EBAR Method without explicit written permission.

5. PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY

5.1 Confidentiality of Shares
Attendees agree to maintain confidentiality regarding personal information shared by other attendees during the Event. What is shared in the container stays in the container.

5.2 Use of Likeness
By attending, you grant World-Class Speaker Academy permission to use your name, likeness, voice, and testimonial in promotional materials, unless you explicitly opt out by emailing [email protected].

5.3 Privacy Policy
We collect and use your personal information (name, email address, payment information) solely for the purposes of Event registration, communication, and administration. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to process payments or deliver Event services. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting [email protected]. We retain your information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined above.

6. CODE OF CONDUCT

6.1 Respectful Participation
Attendees agree to treat all participants, facilitators, and staff with respect. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.

6.2 Removal for Misconduct
World-Class Speaker Academy reserves the right to remove any attendee who violates the code of conduct, disrupts the Event, or behaves inappropriately. No refund will be provided in cases of removal for misconduct.

6.3 Faith-Based Content
The Event includes faith-based language and references to God as part of Jase Souder's methodology. Attendees do not need to share the same religious beliefs but must be open and respectful when these topics are discussed.

7. HEALTH & SAFETY

7.1 Emotional Intensity
The Event involves deep emotional and psychological work. Attendees acknowledge that the process may bring up intense emotions, trauma, or discomfort. World-Class Speaker Academy is not responsible for any emotional or psychological reactions experienced during or after the Event.

7.2 Mental Health Disclaimer
This Event is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. Attendees are encouraged to continue working with licensed mental health professionals as needed. If you are currently in crisis or experiencing severe mental health challenges, please consult with a professional before attending.

7.3 Physical Health (In-Person)
In-person attendees confirm they are physically able to attend a full-day intensive event. World-Class Speaker Academy is not liable for any health issues that arise during the Event.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

8.1 No Guarantees
While World-Class Speaker Academy is committed to delivering a high-quality transformational experience, we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, results, or breakthroughs. Personal transformation depends on individual effort and application of the material.

8.2 Disclaimer of Warranties
The Event is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. World-Class Speaker Academy disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

8.3 Limitation of Liability
World-Class Speaker Academy, Jase Souder, and all affiliated parties shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your attendance or participation in the Event. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for registration (if applicable).

8.4 Travel & Accommodations (In-Person)
World-Class Speaker Academy is not responsible for any costs related to travel, accommodations, meals (outside of provided lunch), or other expenses incurred to attend the Event.

9. FORCE MAJEURE

World-Class Speaker Academy shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations if such failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or technical failures. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide an alternative format.

10. CHANGES TO EVENT

World-Class Speaker Academy reserves the right to modify the Event schedule, content, format, or venue as necessary. We will notify registered attendees of any significant changes via email.

11. THIRD-PARTY OFFERS

11.1 Dynamic Life Offer
At the conclusion of Day 3, Jase Souder may present information about Dynamic Life, a separate 5-day intensive program. Attendance at "You Can Have It" does not obligate you to purchase or participate in any additional programs.

11.2 No Pressure Sales
World-Class Speaker Academy is committed to transparent, no-pressure offers. You are free to decline any additional programs without penalty or judgment.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

14. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and World-Class Speaker Academy regarding the Event and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.

16. ACCEPTANCE

By completing your registration and attending the Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
